Dear Members of Immanuel Lutheran Church and School,
Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We are excited to share a significant update regarding our “Preparing for God’s Blessings” school expansion project. After much prayer, planning, and collaboration, the Building Committee has officially awarded the project to A.C.E Building Service, a respected firm right here in Manitowoc. Financing has been awarded to Bank First, and the finance team is working with the bank to get everything in line so a contract with A.C.E can be signed.
We are especially thankful that the project came in within our pre-construction estimate, reflecting careful stewardship and God’s helping hand throughout this journey. It’s incredible to see how far we’ve come since our initial planning began in October of 2022. What started as a vision rooted in faith is now becoming a reality. And through it all, we remain grounded in the truth that we build this on Christ, our one solid foundation. Every brick, every beam, and every classroom are a testament to His faithfulness and our shared commitment to nurturing future generations in His Word.
We’ll continue to keep you informed as construction begins, and progress unfolds. Currently, submittals, shop drawings and other paperwork items are underway with A.C.E. Please join us in prayer for a safe and successful build, and for the continued growth of our ministry and mission
