Kid Avalanche - Oct. 23rd, 2009
The theatrical talents of our 7th & 8th grade students entertained the crowd in our gym the evening of Oct. 23rd as they presented the play, "Kid Avalanche." This comic play follows the antics of a college student after she has been "willed" a prize fighter by her late uncle.

Cross Country Meet at MLHS - Oct. 2009
MLHS held its 3rd annual grade school Cross Country Invitational on October 14th, 2009, offering a 2000 meter course for separate boys' and girls' races. Many students from Immanuel's 4rd through 8th grades ran in the event and did very well, with five of our runners gaining medals.

Volleyball - 2009
Immanuel's 5th- 8th grade girls had the opportunity to learn and compete on the volleyball courts this September and October. The season ended in mid-October with the Lakeshore Lutheran League A team tournament for all local Lutheran schools at Manitowoc Lutheran High School (MLHS).

Fall 2009 Soccer Season - K-2nd Grade

Academic Fair - March 2009
The annual MLHS Academic Fair for area Lutheran grade schools was held Saturday, March 28th, and Immanuel's students and our school's Math and Academic Bowl teams had high placements in the day's events. Click on the title above to be able to view a slideshow of pictures from the day.

Basketball - Jan. & Feb. 2009
Enjoy these pictures from our home games vs. Sturgeon Bay in January, as well as from the Lakeshore Lutheran League tournament at MLHS in February, where our boys' A Team captured the consolation championship. Our boys' A Team also took 3rd place at the Peace Invitational Tournament in Hartford, Wis. Congratulations to all our Hornet players and coaches for a season full of basketball competition, fun and learning!
